Overview
2y2 is a cannabis strain created by R-Kiem Seeds through crossing two well-known clones following the latest U.S. genetic trends - the Alpha Cut clone of Purple Punch (as the female recipient) and the Norcal Do-Si-Dos clone (as the male donor). The strain features 75% indica and 25% sativa genetics, making it an indica-dominant hybrid. The Norcal Do-Si-Dos parent was selected for its robust vegetative vigor and impressive production of glandular trichomes, coupled with THC levels well above average.
2y2 produces dense flowers completely covered with resin, resulting in a spectacular sight at the end of flowering, acquiring dark colors contrasting with a thick white resin layer. Its fleshy and compact flowers emanate a powerful aroma, combining blackberry and sweet red fruit notes on a diesel fuel background. Trichomes start to build very quickly and soon cover the leaves, with the majority of plants displaying purple hues especially towards the end of flowering.
