The strain was developed as part of a project to create a CBD+ hybrid that would blur the worlds between highly effective medicinal plants and recreational cannabis flavors and strength, resulting in a perfect blend between classic gas/"chem" flavor and CBD+ cannabinoid profiles. Named after the fictional Alchaka meditation technique from Star Wars lore, this strain embodies the pursuit of balance and therapeutic effectiveness.

The lineage of Alchaka involves crossing Alphakronik (which itself is Dogbud "Chem D" x Dawgfather) with Stephen Hawking Kush. Stephen Hawking Kush was created by pollinating a Harle-Tsu female with a Sin City Kush male, bringing high-CBD genetics to the mix. The Dawgfather parent contributes Chemdawg D crossed with Sin City Kush genetics, adding the classic "chem" characteristics that define this strain's aromatic profile.

Physically, Alchaka produces mid-sized bushy plants with conical cola flowers and lots of dense secondary flowers, making it a very good producing hybrid that is both easy to grow and harvest. The strain displays the balanced cannabinoid profile it was bred for, with CBD levels of 10-12% and THC levels of 10-15%, creating a therapeutic experience without overwhelming psychoactive effects.
