Apollo 13 BX
Also known as: Apollo 13BX, Apollo-13 BX
Overview
Apollo 13 BX is a sativa-dominant hybrid strain (85% sativa/15% indica) created by TGA Subcool Seeds (later SubCool's The Dank) as a backcross of the legendary Apollo 13 strain. Apollo 13 BX represents thousands of hours of selective breeding we proudly offer our first back cross of Apollo 13 since Sputnik 2.0. Pain staking care was taken in the male selection for Apollo 13 BX and the project to locate him took 60 plants and over a year of research. The strain is derived from Apollo 13 x (Apollo 13 x Space Queen) genetics, creating a potent backcross that preserves the desirable traits of the original Apollo 13. Apollo 13 BX produces large, forest green buds that are cone-shaped with sparse golden yellow pistils and a frosty layer of trichomes. Smell/Taste: Mango fruity, Cherry Fuel with Taste is almost indescribable, like rotting fruit, citrus, and baby poo with a hint of pepper. The strain is particularly prized for its exceptional resin production and is often sought after for hash making. Apollo 13 is so prized for its Red Bubble Hash that many growers dream of processing the entire plant into Hash.

Growing Information
Apollo 13 BX is considered easy to grow, making it suitable for novice growers. Flowering Time: 55-60 days with Yield: Good and Resin Production: High. The strain thrives in both indoor and outdoor environments but requires attention to its sativa traits, including its need for abundant light and tendency to grow tall. Regular training and pruning are essential to manage its height. Indoor growers need nutrient-rich soil, ample lighting, and proper temperature and humidity control. The strain prefers warm conditions similar to California summers and benefits from greenhouse cultivation when grown outdoors.
