Auto Lemon Skunk is an autoflowering version of the award-winning Lemon Skunk strain originally developed by DNA Genetics. Created by crossing Lemon Skunk genetics with Lowryder #2, this strain maintains the distinctive citrus characteristics of its photoperiod parent while offering the convenience of automatic flowering. The strain was developed using a lemon phenotype of Skunk #1 that had been maintained as a clone mother for almost 15 years, crossed with the original Lowryder. Auto Lemon Skunk is a sativa-dominant hybrid that combines two Skunk lines and is very easy to grow with a discreet size and short cycle. The strain retains the classic skunky aroma with pronounced lemon notes that made the original famous, while providing energizing and uplifting effects typical of sativa-dominant varieties. Plants are typically shorter varieties, rarely exceeding 14 inches tall and usually forming one central cola with minimal branching, displaying very symmetrical growth patterns with good resin coating.
