This strain originates from crossing Melon Gum, a plant with Lavender x Bubblegum genetics, with a plant having Ruderalis genetics to achieve the autoflowering properties. Auto Melon Gum is a ruderalis/indica/sativa hybrid from Dr. Underground that can be cultivated indoors and outdoors, with plants requiring approximately 65 days flowering time. Some of its notable improvements include its short lifecycle and readiness for harvest within a maximum of 70 days from germination. It's a versatile strain that can thrive in various environments and setups, and growers have significant control over its final height.

Auto Melon Gum is appreciated for its delicious terpene profile, featuring fruity aromas and flavours with melon and strawberries working surprisingly well with sharper skunk notes. This variety is very potent, and beginner users should exercise caution as it can be intensely sedating, though it's also deeply relaxing and soothing. When cultivated in smaller pots, the plant can remain quite discreet, peaking at 150cm when given plenty of light and large containers, with plants capable of producing up to 900g each in aeroponic or hydroponic systems.
