Overview
Auto Original Orange Bud is an autoflowering version of the legendary sativa Orange Bud strain developed by Bulk Seed Bank, combining Original Orange Bud genetics with ruderalis to create a stable autoflowering variety. The Original Orange Bud strain was first bred in Holland in the 1980s from a combination of two cannabis plants from a 100% Skunk selection, with genetics including Afghani Indica, Acapulco Gold, and Colombian Gold that combined to create this highly prized hybrid. This Skunk jewel produces an enormous cerebral and euphoric Sativa-like effect while maintaining the ease of autoflowering cultivation.
The strain develops into a mid-sized marijuana plant that can reach heights of 70-170 cm and features dense, compact inflorescences that are usually large and fairly light in colour, characterized by the high presence of orange pistils from which it gets its name. Auto Original Orange Bud has a sweet flavour and aroma, with strong notes of orange and tangerine, delivering a very delicate and fresh, typically citrusy taste that is partly reminiscent of tropical fruit. Ready in no more than 10-11 weeks, she's considered a real sprinter in the autoflowering world.

Indoor cultivation requires 8-9 weeks flowering time with yields up to 550 g/m², and can be flowered at any photo period between 12 and 18 hours of light per day with a total crop time of 10-11 weeks. For outdoor growing, flowering time is 8-9 weeks with production up to 70-300 g/plant. Plants show long branching and grow into medium size with 70-170 cm total height. Can be flowered any time of the year provided temperature stays above 10°C. This strain grows well in almost all environments - both indoors and outdoors or in greenhouses. The variety is very simple to cultivate and has scents of orange and nectarines. Considered beginner-friendly due to its autoflowering nature and robust genetics.
