AZtech Jack Auto
AZtech Jack Auto
Also known as: Aztech Jack Auto
Overview
AZtech Jack Auto is Aztech Genetics' autoflowering version of the classic Jack Herer strain. This sativa-dominant variety is a well-known and much-loved three-way cross of Haze, NL#5 (Northern Lights #5), and Shiva Skunk, with ruderalis genetics integrated to create the autoflowering trait. Named after the greatly acclaimed cannabis activist Jack Herer, author of the book "The Emperor Wears No Clothes", this strain honors his legacy in cannabis reform.
AZtech Jack Auto is a unique genetic blend that incorporates the best attributes of ruderalis and sativa lineage, with approximately 60% of its genetic makeup traced back to ruderalis. The visual profile features compact buds with a generous layer of trichomes that gives the plant a sparkling, almost frosty appearance, with vibrant hues typically featuring pastel greens intermingled with hints of purple. Harvest timing is critical, with detailed phenological studies recommending harvesting when trichomes are predominantly cloudy with a few amber tips, typically occurring around 8-10 weeks from planting.

Growing Information
AZtech Jack Auto can be cultivated indoors, outdoors and greenhouse with a flowering time of approximately 70 days. This strain is ideally suited to both novice and experienced growers thanks to its auto-flowering trait, with indoor cultivators expecting a vegetative period of just 2-3 weeks, followed by a flowering period that typically lasts around 6-8 weeks. Optimal yields per square meter are usually reported to be between 400g to 600g in indoor settings. Most auto growers favour a 20 hour light and 4 hour dark period although good feedback is received from growers using longer and shorter light cycle periods too. pH levels should ideally be maintained between 6.0 and 6.5, with temperature ranging from 21°C to 26°C during light periods. Outside during the warmer growing season outdoor plants can get very large and produce very impressive yields, while indoor yields are equally impressive with big fat colas dripping with resin.
