Biscotti Mintz
Biscotti Mintz
Also known as: Biscotti Mints, Mintz Biscuits
Overview
Biscotti Mintz is an 80% indica and 20% sativa hybrid developed by Barney's Farm. This strain represents the cross between Biscotti and their exclusive Mintz phenotype, combining the Cookies variant x OG Kush parentage for incredible potency and flavor backbone. The genetics trace back to Biscotti x Kush Mints, showing great OG Kush lineage through both parent lines, with heritage from Gelato, South Florida OG, Animal Mints, and Bubba Kush. The strain was brought to life with mostly flavor in mind but delivers comprehensive cannabis experience.
Visually, Biscotti Mintz is predominantly a deep purple plant with trichome production off the scale, displaying beautiful arrays of purples, oranges, and greens wrapping tightly formed boulder-shaped dark green buds with bold purple highlights and long orange hairs. The thick, compact buds highlight vibrant shades of dark green and deep purple with bright orange pistils, while buds are dense and covered in a thick layer of trichomes, giving them a frosty appearance with colors ranging from deep green to purple. The strain is renowned for its tantalizing, lingering tastes and aromas with kushy flavors, hints of chocolate chip cookies with creamy mint and spice, featuring distinctive Limonene, Caryophyllene, and Eucalyptol terpenes.

Growing Information
Grows without much hassle, with manageable heights indoors. Plants remain below 100cm in height indoors and after 8-9 weeks of flowering produce yields of about 600-650g/m². Outdoors, reaches up to 200cm and provides epic amounts of fragrant flowers with yields of up to 1.5kg/plant, ready for harvest in mid-October. Flowering time is between 56 to 63 days, making it a relatively short flowering period for growers looking to harvest sooner. Prefers sunny and warm climates with daytime temperatures between 68°F and 79°F, with slightly cooler nighttime temperatures and low relative humidity especially during flowering. Shows natural resistance to common pests and diseases. Thrives in controlled environments whether grown indoors or outdoors with optimal temperature and humidity levels. Suitable for both novice and experienced growers.
