Black Cauldron was a clone only phenotype from an off shoot project with Merlot OG in 2010. Developed by Ocean Grown Seeds, this cannabis strain represents one of the strains we are working with to get heavy deep colors while still delivering a strong Indica effect. Black Cauldron is an indica / sativa from Ocean Grown Seeds and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors (Where the plants will need a flowering time of ±64 days). OG Seeds created Black Cauldron a few years ago as part of their Merlot OG project, but it was only available in clone-only form until summer of 2012.

This strain is characterized by its distinctive dark coloration, achieved through careful breeding techniques aimed at developing deep purple and black hues while maintaining potent therapeutic effects.
