Black Critical x SCBDx
Black Critical x SCBDx
Also known as: Black Critical x SCBDX
Overview
Black Critical x SCBDx is a mostly sativa strain (60% sativa/40% indica) from SuperCBDx developed as a high-CBD medical cannabis variety. The strain was created by crossing Critical Bilbao with Black Russian, which was then crossed with SCBDx to create a dominant sativa that combines the heavy-producing characteristics of the Critical line with the medicinal benefits of the high-CBD SCBDx genetics. Every SuperCBDx seed produces 17+% CBD with CBD/THC ratios of 24-26:1, with no psychoactive activity. The SuperCBDx breeder was founded by PJ, a cancer survivor who sought to create high-CBD genetics for medical use. This strain is described as combining heavy production from the Critical side with all the medicinal benefits of SCBDx, making it particularly valuable for therapeutic applications. The strain is known for its robust terpene profile and represents one of the first high-CBD, low-THC varieties available in seed form.

Growing Information
Black Critical x SCBDx has a flowering time of approximately 55-60 days and can be cultivated indoors, outdoors, and in greenhouse environments. The strain requires patience for first-time growers as its growing method is considered difficult, and it is best grown indoors for optimal growth and yield. Growers can expect a large harvest from 6 to 8 weeks after growing this hybrid. The plant benefits from good lighting, average humidity, and proper watering to keep soil moisturized. Attention should be taken to prevent attacks by pests and rodents during growing. The strain is known for producing heavy yields typical of Critical genetics while maintaining the therapeutic benefits of the SCBDx parent.
