Overview
Black M.A.F. is a cannabis strain bred by Growers Choice, created as a cross between Black Domina and MAF (Mighty Amstel Freezeland). The strain was developed because the original MAF phenotype was difficult to feminize, and breeders stabilized it by incorporating Black Domina genetics, making it possible to produce an early-flowering outdoor strain in feminized form. Black M.A.F. has a genetic composition of 30% Sativa, 65% Indica, and 3% Ruderalis, with high THC levels, medium CBD levels, and high mold resistance. Despite its name suggesting a dark plant, Black M.A.F. is actually a light green strain. Indoor testing revealed four different phenotypes, though the differences between them are subtle due to the similar genetics of the parent strains. The strain is expected to provide early flowering with superb quality and excellent yields.

Flowering time is 7-8 weeks with average height. Indoor yields range from 400-600 grams per square meter, while outdoor yields are 300-500 grams. The strain is highly mold resistant and can be harvested outdoors before the end of September. Black M.A.F. can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors with a flowering time of approximately 53 days. The strain is only available as feminized seeds. Difficulty level appears to be intermediate due to the stabilized genetics from both parent strains.
