Black Out
Black Out
Also known as: Blackout, Black Out Bobby
Overview
Black Out (also known as "Blackout") is an indica-dominant hybrid strain bred by Portland, Oregon's legendary Archive Seed Bank crew. It is a genetic cross of The Black and Face Off OG. The Black parent strain originated from the Humboldt area, and while very little is known about its exact genetic heritage, it is believed to be an extremely hardy, thick-stemmed variety of likely Southern California "Bubba/Master/Pure Kush" related parent stock. The strain is composed of 80% indica and 20% sativa genetics. Black Out boasts a thick, dense structure with compact purple buds, featuring thick leathery fan leaves and a main central dominant cola reminiscent of old school Afghanis. It is considered a good beginner's plant with a low profile, quick flowering period, and hardy growth. The strain has gained recognition for its potent sedative effects and is known for sending users into a deep sleep.
