Blood and Iron Haze is a sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain created by Riot Seeds through crossing Metal Haze (specifically The REv's Cut phenotype) with Blood Rose. The strain is an indica/sativa hybrid from Riot Seeds that can be cultivated indoors and outdoors with a flowering time of approximately 63 days. The REv (Cultivation Editor of Skunk Magazine Fame and KOS Seeds) selected this cut of Metal Haze years ago from the old Dutch Flowers seedline. The parent strain Metal Haze is described as a hefty yielding, solid and dense budded sativa dominant plant with smells reminiscent of Trainwreck minus the lemon, and is a fast yielding sativa/haze coming in at 9 weeks. The Blood Rose male parent contributed gorgeous resin, purple colorations, and added density to the offspring. This strain represents a modern interpretation of classic haze genetics, combining the cerebral effects of traditional haze varieties with improved flowering characteristics and enhanced resin production from the Blood Rose lineage.
