Blue Hashplant is an indica-dominant hybrid strain (approximately 60-80% indica, 20-40% sativa) created by crossing the legendary Blueberry strain with California Hash Plant. Originally developed by Spanish seed company Dinafem, this strain combines the sweet, fruity characteristics of Blueberry with the resinous, hash-producing qualities of its Afghani Hash Plant parent. The strain is renowned for its distinctive appearance, often displaying beautiful purple and violet hues in the buds, especially when exposed to cooler nighttime temperatures during flowering. The coloration comes from anthocyanin pigments, similar to those found in its Blueberry lineage. Blue Hashplant produces dense, resin-coated buds with thick copper-colored pistils and a heavy coating of crystal trichomes that give the flowers a frosted appearance.
