Bubble Cheese
Bubble Cheese
Also known as: BC
Overview
Bubble Cheese is an 85% indica-dominant hybrid strain created by Big Buddha Seeds, bringing together genetics from Cheese, Bubble Gum, and Hubba Bubba Kush. The strain originated from a mother cutting that crossed a UK Bubblegum strain with OG Cheese (Exodus), which was similar in growth and appearance to the original Cheese but had a much more pronounced bubblegum flavor. The father was created from a "reversed" Hubba Bubba Kush from Amsterdam, where the Hubba Bubba Kush was induced to create pollen on a female plant in order to feminize this strain. The plants display vibrant green foliage with broad leaves separated by bursts of orange pistils, producing small grape-shaped dark olive green fuzzy nugs covered with dark green leaves and beautiful thin amber hairs, dusted with fine almost translucent trichomes and a visible layer of sweet, sticky resin. Bubble Cheese is characterized by its earthy, hashy aroma combined with an enticing and confusing scent of pungent milky bubblegum. The strain typically contains THC levels averaging 15 to 18%.

Growing Information
Bubble Cheese is relatively easy to cultivate and is a favorite among novices who are seeking out an easy strain to grow. The flowering time is 8 to 9 weeks indoors, with some sources indicating 7-9 weeks. It is a moderate to heavy feeder that takes 8-10 weeks to finish and is recommended for indoor gardens, though it can be grown outdoors if weather stays above freezing through early November. Indoor plants can reach heights of up to 7 feet and produce moderate yields, averaging 200 grams per plant or 400-500g/m². The plant grows into a solid Kush-like indica structure that is compact and dense, with dark green fat squatty leaves and short, thick, minimal branching, making it a good performer in a sea of green setup. It's a good strain for beginner growers given its resistance to common diseases and pests, thriving in warm and slightly humid conditions while being incredibly hardy and tolerating variations in temperature and humidity.
