Cereal Milk
Cereal Milk
Also known as: Milk, Cereal Milk #2, CMW
Overview
Cereal Milk is a hybrid cannabis strain developed by Cookie Fam Genetics in collaboration with Powerzzzup Genetics, featuring a sweet, milky aroma and up to 25% THC with hard-hitting yet balanced effects. The strain is a member of the Cookies family—arguably one of the biggest brands and genetic lineages in modern cannabis, founded in 2010 and led by grower Jai/Jigga and entrepreneur Berner. Cereal Milk's lineage can be traced back to crossing Y Life (itself a cross between Cherry Pie and Girl Scout Cookies) with Snowman, a sativa-dominant phenotype of Girl Scout Cookies. The original Cereal Milk by Cookies exhibits indica-leaning traits in its morphology, developing a strong central stem with tightly spaced nodes, few side branches, and broad, dark leaves that take on beautiful dark hues and a thick layer of trichomes giving flowers a glazed, milky sheen. Cereal Milk buds are large and dense, olive green and mint in color with abundant icy white trichomes and a sweet, creamy sugary taste with hints of fruits and berries throughout.

Growing Information
Flowering Time: Indoors, Cereal Milk typically flowers within 8-10 weeks, with outdoor harvests ready by early to mid-October. Indoor plants grow to 80–140cm and produce up to 500g/m², while outdoor plants peak at 140cm and can yield up to 650-675g/plant depending on soil conditions and sunlight exposure. This strain thrives best in controlled indoor environments where humidity and temperature can be carefully managed, though it can also perform well outdoors in temperate to warm climates. Maintain temperatures between 68-80°F and humidity levels around 40-50% during flowering with proper air circulation to prevent mold and mildew. The strain likes a slightly heavier than usual feed, especially when grown hydroponically or in coco-coir, and can handle heavy plant training including ScrOGging, defoliation, and super cropping. Growers report this cultivar can be moderately sensitive to overfeeding, with recommendations to dial back nitrogen in late vegetative stages to maintain tighter internodal spacing and avoid leaf curl.
