Cheese Fast Version
Cheese Fast Version
Also known as: Sweet Cheese Fast Version, Royal Cheese Fast Flowering
Overview
Cheese Fast Version is a cross between Cheese and Cheese Auto (or Afghan Auto), creating a hybrid strain that is 55% Sativa / 45% Indica. This strain represents a faster-flowering version of the legendary Cheese genetics that originated in the UK in the 1980s from a unique Skunk #1 phenotype discovered at a commune near Luton, north of London. The strain was developed to maintain the distinctive characteristics of traditional Cheese while significantly reducing flowering time to 6-8 weeks. The dense buds are known for their pungent, cheesy aroma, combined with a hint of sweetness, and the buds are rock hard, soaked in resin and often have a crystalline sheen due to the amount of trichomes. Multiple seed companies offer their own versions of this fast-flowering Cheese variant, with Blimburn Seeds being a Spanish seed bank established in 2002 that specializes in this strain among others.

Growing Information
Cheese Fast Version is suitable for beginner growers as it is relatively easy to grow and has a strong resistance to pests and environmental stresses. Indoors, flowering time is 6-8 weeks with yields of 400-600 gr/m², while outdoors it produces 400-800 gr/plant. The strain reaches up to 4.92 feet (1.5 meters), making it excellent for small indoor setups or grow tents. Ideal temperature range is 70-80°F (21-27°C) with humidity levels between 40-50%. For outdoor growing, it should be placed in a sunny location as it flourishes under direct sunlight. In the northern hemisphere, outdoor harvest is typically in mid-October.
