What is the Cheesus strain?
Cheesus is a hybrid cannabis strain with up to 18.0% THC, known for its euphoric effects and berry and cheese flavor profile.
Cheesus is an indica dominant hybrid (60% indica/40% sativa) strain created by breeders in Amsterdam as a dank cross between the insanely popular Big Buddha Cheese X BC God Bud strains. This strain was developed by young bloods in the Amsterdam breeding scene. The Big Buddha Cheese female is crossed to a male Godbud from British Columbia, courtesy of the BC Bud Depot. Cheesus is an mostly indica from Big Buddha Seeds and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors. Originally developed by the "new school" of Amsterdam, these guys are the next generation of breeders!
Visually, the Cheesus bud has dense, thick and leafy nugs that are bright neon green with dark olive green undertones. These nugs are spattered with short fiery orange and rich amber hairs, a cakey layer of crystal trichomes, and syrupy sweet resin. The strain is characterized by flavors that are deep and dank – imagine a sweet earthy incense infused with lavender and an edge of tart honey fruitiness and a little pine and spice. When opening a stash jar of Cheesus, a scent of frankincense will greet you. When taking a toke of a joint loaded with the strain, tastes of lavender and fruit strike the tongue. The strain has become known for delivering elevating head stash. It is good for everyday use, bringing on a positive and meditative enjoyment.
