Cranberry Haze is a sativa dominant hybrid strain (75% sativa/25% indica) created through crossing the classic (Colombian Gold X Pure Haze Purple Pheno) X Chitral #11 strains. Developed by Breeder Choice Organisation, this strain represents a careful selection from Colombian Gold, Purple Haze, and Chitral #1 ancestry. The strain was created from some of the most prized breeding plants in the Breeders Choice genetic libary. Parental plants where selected over three years of intensive testing of Male and Female combinations.
Cranberry Haze produces spade-shaped bright neon green nugs with deep purple undertones, red-orange hairs and a coating of super frosty pink and purple tinted white trichomes. Gorgeous purple and pink specimen plants showcase the strain's distinctive visual characteristics. The strain offers a super sweet and fruity cranberry berry flavor with hints of licorice and tropical citrus, while the aroma is very sour and citrusy with a tropical lemon overtone that turns spicy with touches of rich licorice. Like other variants of Purple Haze, Cranberry Haze has much higher-than-average sugar levels. This results in more prominent sweet flavors.
