Deep Cheese Quake Chunk
Deep Cheese Quake Chunk
Overview
Deep Cheese Quake Chunk is a mostly indica strain created by Amadeus Genetics through crossing Tom Hill's Deep Chunk (pheno2) with TGA's Cheesequake male pollen. This unique hybrid represents an ambitious breeding project aimed at combining the compact, resin-heavy characteristics of Deep Chunk with the flavorful qualities of Cheesequake. The Deep Chunk mother plant used in this cross is characterized by remaining very small throughout the flowering period, with very short internodes and barely any stretch after initiating flowering time, making it ideal for use in small rooms. This mother plant also exhibits extreme resin production and amazing flavor potential. The breeding goal was to create a strain that is sweeter, fruitier and has more power and resin production than the mother plant by combining it with Subcool's Cheesequake. Deep Chunk, one of the parent strains, is a pure indica with strong sedative properties that originated from potent Afghani landrace genetics and was cultivated and stabilized in Northern California. Cheesequake, the other parent, is an indica-dominant cross of Cheese and Querkle created by legendary breeder Subcool. This combination creates a strain that inherits the compact growth and heavy resin production of Deep Chunk while potentially gaining enhanced flavor complexity and sweetness from the Cheesequake lineage.

Growing Information
Deep Cheese Quake Chunk has a flowering time of approximately 8 weeks (56 days) with a normal stretch of about 100% expected. This mostly indica strain can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors and was never available as feminized seeds. The Deep Chunk genetics contribute to a plant that remains very small throughout the flowering period with very short internodes and barely any stretch after initiating flowering, making it ideal for small grow spaces. Growers can expect extreme resin production and amazing flavor potential. This strain appears to be suitable for intermediate to advanced growers due to the specific phenotype selection involved and the limited availability of growing information. The compact nature inherited from Deep Chunk makes it well-suited for indoor cultivation with space constraints.
