Deep Chunk F14

Deep Chunk F14 represents a carefully bred fourteenth-generation inbred line of the legendary Deep Chunk strain originally created by Tom Hill Seeds. This pure indica landrace originates from Afghanistan and was introduced to Northern California in the late 1970s by breeder Tom Hill. As a pure Kush line that has never been outcrossed or hybridized, Deep Chunk F14 maintains the authentic genetic integrity of its Afghan ancestry. The strain represents a very stable inbred line (IBL) known for its fast flowering time, thick stems, short internodes, and excellent resin production. The F14 generation is bred from Deep Chunk F13 crossed with itself, featuring short height plants with an 8-9 week flowering period.

Deep Chunk F14 produces dense, compact buds adorned with tightly clustered calyxes enveloped in a generous coat of resinous trichomes, displaying remarkable structural integrity. The flowers are true to their name, clinging together in dense, chunky formations with broad leaves curling tightly inward toward their central stems, displaying dark, mossy green coloration threaded with vibrant orange pistils. The buds are somewhat deceiving because they aren't as fragrant as one might expect, featuring an overall earthy profile that smells of freshly cut and dried sweet grass with hints of woodsy mushrooms. When grown at elevations above 1400 meters, some phenotypes express beautiful purple and dark purple colors in their leaves and flowers, with purple petioles and some reddish tones.
