Deep Psychosis is a predominantly sativa cannabis strain developed by Breeders Boutique, created through the crossbreeding of Deep Purple (a cross between Querkle and Urkle) and the legendary UK clone-only Exodus Psychosis cut. The strain was developed as an F1 generation hybrid when breeders discovered an exceptional Deep Purple male that was crossed with the acclaimed Exodus cut of Psychosis to create this unique variety. The Exodus Psychosis parent is renowned as a legendary UK clone-only strain that originated from the founders of UK Exodus Cheese, known for its distinctive sativa architecture and classic cheese vine-like structure with excellent resin production.

Deep Psychosis exhibits the characteristic features of its sativa heritage, displaying medium height with dense, rock-hard buds that glisten with high THC production. The strain maintains the robust genetics of the Psychosis lineage while incorporating the distinctive purple characteristics from its Deep Purple parentage. Two distinct phenotypes have been developed to the F3 stage - one showing a Querkle lean and another expressing more sativa-dominant traits. The buds develop excellent resin production as early as three weeks into the 12/12 flowering cycle and continue to coat themselves throughout the nine-week flowering period, with calyxes beginning to tower at approximately six weeks.
