Delicious Candy is a hybrid cannabis strain with up to 22.4% THC, known for its relaxed effects and cheese and earthy flavor profile.

Delicious Candy, also known as Cheese Candy, was developed by the team at Delicious Seeds, bred from crossing Cheese with the breeders' proprietary Caramelo strain. The Cheese parent is a unique female derived from SKUNK x KUSH which first appeared 1988-89 and was cultivated somewhere in the Chiltern Hills by the squatter collective. The other parent is Caramelo, which is a spectacular selection of the best exotic LAVENDER Indica and Sativa phenotypes (SUPER SKUNK – BIG SKUNK KOREAN – AFGHANI-HAWAIIAN).

This 80% indica and 20% sativa develops up to 22,4% of THC. Cheese Candy has won multiple awards, including: 2nd place for Best Indoor at the Copa Association MF - 2014, 3rd place for Overall at the Copa Association of Cannabis - 2015, 3rd place for Best Indoor at the Secret Cup in Napoli - 2017, 1st place for Best Indica at the Tercera Copa de Los Poetas in Chile - 2018, and 3rd place for Best Indoor Indica at the Copa Valparannabis in Chile - 2018. Delicious Candy develops small leaves in relation to the buds, which make this strain resistant to mold and facilitates an easy trimming process.

Consumers report that Cheese Candy features an acrid stink of cheese mixed with a sugary, floral terpene palate. The buds are covered in thousands of large glandular trichomes filled with a unique sweet cheese fragrance. The taste has an acrid backnote, like yeast or cheese, with hints of liquorice and caramel. The strain produces dense, heavy buds caked in a thick layer of trichomes and brings in as much as 550 g/m2 after an 8–9 week flowering period.
