Desert Queen Strain Overview

Desert Queen is a strongly inbred F1 hybrid strain bred by No Mercy Supply that combines 60% indica and 40% sativa genetics. The strain is a cross between (Sudden Death x Master Ice) and Valley Queen, creating a plant where many good genetics have been gathered in one plant. Originally bred with warmer temperatures of indoor environments in mind, Desert Queen can also thrive outdoors in adequately warm and dry climates.

This strain is particularly notable for its ability to handle extreme circumstances while maintaining good shape and producing proper yields. As suggested by her name, Desert Queen is very drought resistant and can tolerate drier than normal conditions. The plant features a large central stalk with little lateral growth, making it easy to tame and ideal for Sea of Green cultivation. Despite its sativa parentage, it maintains a remarkably short flowering time of only 9 weeks.

Desert Queen Strain Growing Information

Desert Queen can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors with a flowering time of approximately 60 days (9 weeks). While primarily an indoor plant, it produces spectacularly outdoors in warmer and drier climates. Due to strong sativa parentage, it grows on average 30cm taller than other varieties but not as uncontrollably as many sativas. Perfect for Sea of Green systems, with recommendations to use 30 plants per square meter for optimum results. Very drought resistant and prefers pH adjusted slightly higher than usual, with 6.0 being ideal. High yield potential with possibility of growing one gram per watt. Not recommended to be smoked during daytime due to potency.
