Diamond Queen Kush Auto is a cannabis strain created by KC Brains through crossing an original Master Kush male with KC Brains Spontanica female, and then adding Ruderalis genetics to create an autoflowering strain. The result is a fast-growing, resistant autoflowering plant with absolutely indica-dominant genetics (approximately 90% indica/10% sativa). Master Kush, one of the parent strains, was created by crossing landrace strains from the Hindu Kush mountains and is a cross between Hindu Kush and Skunk #1. KC Brains Spontanica, the other parent, is a cross of Secret Project Number 1 x KC 33, with 75% indica genetics.

Cultivation is straightforward, making the strain suitable for beginners, though users should consume it slowly given its potency. The total lifecycle from seed to harvest is approximately 10 weeks for both indoor and outdoor cultivation. Plants typically grow to 70-110 cm in height. The vigorous plants produce large yet dense, resinous buds with lots of orange pistils, and the weed tastes mostly earthy with a typical Kush note. The buds are light green and orange in color, with spicy, peppery, and herbal flavors along with a fresh slight citrus taste when smoked.
