ErdPurt
ErdPurt
Also known as: Erdpurt, Afghani ErdPurt
Overview
ErdPurt is a classic Afghani line developed in northern Europe, selected for its quality, fast flowering and excellent adaptability against the adverse conditions of northern climates. The effect is relaxing Afghan type, of moderate strength and high therapeutic value. As is often the case with traditional hashplants, ErdPurt produces interesting chemotypes with THC and CBD in different proportions at the population level, where balanced THC/CBD chemotypes are the most common, although occasionally THC-rich (no CBD) or CBD-rich (no THC) individuals are also found. It's a crossing of Erdbeer, a Swiss strain usually available as a clone, and Purpurea Ticinensis, another Swiss variety. Purpueara Ticinensis was stabilized at 1330m above sea level, and has an outstanding resistance to mould and cold climates. It is a very ornamental hash plant, that can get multitude of colors in the leaves, stems and flowers in late flowering. It ripens very quickly, producing hard and resinous buds with coffee, earthy, piney and hashy aromas.

Growing Information
ErdPurt has a very short flowering time of 7-8 weeks, and will reach full maturity by the end of the summer, usually in late August to early September. This strain can cope with tough weather conditions, including strong winds, rain, and low temperatures. Even a few days of frost can be overcome. It's in the colder northern climates where Erdpurt really stands out, it can be grown up to latitude 55°. It can resist several days of frosts and strong winds. Some plants may show semi autoflowering traits when grown below 45° latitude, especially if the root space is limited with small pots. It's a pure Indica with almost no branching, very resinous buds, and multi-coloured leaves and stems. Outdoor growers in northern latitudes have just discovered a reliable partner for their next grow.
