The strain is part of MassMedicalStrains' Earth series, which also includes Round Earth, created using similar parent genetics.

According to the breeder, Flat Earth produces what they describe as "very incredible effects" that older cannabis users often compare to high-quality cannabis from decades past, while younger users sometimes report unusually intense psychoactive effects that they describe as feeling "laced" due to the unique genetic combination. The strain is noted for producing very high-yielding plants with super dense buds.
