This legendary strain goes back to the early days of the SSSC in the 1980s and is the result of extensive outdoor selective breeding in the cold and damp area of the Friesland region in the North of The Netherlands. Friesland Indica (aka M33) was developed to produce huge plants with lots of side-branches which carry a load of smelly, stinky buds.
