Girl Scout Cookies Auto is the 60% sativa, auto-flowering version of Lineage Genetics own Girl Scout Cookies x Platinum Girl Scout Cookies cross which has subsequently been back-crossed with a ruderalis plant. The original Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) is an indica-dominant hybrid strain created from crossing a sub-type of OG Kush with Durban Poison. The origins of this legendary strain date back over a decade, when a group of breeders from San Francisco created "The Cookies Fam" collective, using Durban Poison x OG Kush as the original cross.
The autoflowering version maintains the beloved characteristics of the original photoperiod strain while adding the convenience of automatic flowering. The mature buds are dense and covered in frosty-looking trichomes. Girl Scout Cookies is known for having sticky bright green buds with contrasting orange hairs and curly purple leaves. Girl Scout Cookies Auto reaches 60–100cm in stature and can exhibit red and orange hues on the buds and leaves as she reaches maturity.
