Good Medicine
Good Medicine
Good Medicine Strain Overview
Good Medicine is a rare sativa dominant hybrid strain created by breeders at the infamous Bodhi Seeds as a cross of (Green Crack X Tres Dawg) X Harlequin. Good Medicine was bred specifically to capture a super high CBD level – in this case it hits about 1:1 THC: CBD, although it has been recorded as high as 1:3 THC:CBD. These levels typically fall about the 15% mark on average, making Good Medicine highly medicinal but still with beloved THC effects. Breeder Bodhi Seeds created it as a high-CBD strain to use for crossing other high-CBD strains. Good Medicine buds have long elegant conical forest green nugs with lots of orange hairs and a coating of dusty green crystal trichomes. It has a light sweet tropical mango flavor with a sugary candy overtone. The smell is of sweet yet spicy herbal tropical fruits with a sugary effect that can be detected as the nugs are burned. This strain was developed as part of Bodhi Seeds' high-CBD breeding project, with the breeder noting it was created as a tool for further high-CBD development work.

Good Medicine Strain Growing Information
Good Medicine can be cultivated indoors and outdoors with a flowering time of approximately 70 days. It has an average flowering time between 70 and 84 days and is known to produce medium-to-high yields in ideal conditions. The strain is best grown indoors, where it responds well to Screen of Green, or outdoors in a Mediterranean climate. Like other Sativa-dominant strains, Good Medicine has a long flowering period that can last from 10 to 12 weeks. Once ready for harvest, however, it rewards each grower between 12 to 16 ounces of buds per square meter. In the northern hemisphere, Good Medicine flowers from late October to the middle of November. At maturity, it yields at least 16 ounces of buds per plant. Growing difficulty is considered moderate, and plants may need support due to their structure.
