Hawaiian Haze
Hawaiian Haze
Also known as: The Vacation Strain
Overview
Hawaiian Haze is a sativa-dominant hybrid that results from a cross between Hawaiian and Haze genetics. The final cross between Early Resin Berry and DC Haze served up the flavorful Hawaiian Haze, which was bred by Oregon CBD Seeds. This strain has achieved significant recognition in the cannabis community, winning 1st Place recognition at the 2020 High Times Hemp Cup and 1st place at the Outstanding Terpenes Golden Grow Awards in 2020.
Hawaiian Haze plants produce airy buds coated with a good amount of trichomes, featuring bright green and interlaced with a multitude of orange hair. Generally speaking, this strain can have a CBD:THC ratio of about 25:1, but this can vary significantly depending on the plant. The strain exists in both high-THC cannabis varieties and legal hemp versions, with Hawaiian Haze typically having a low THC content, often below 0.3%, making it a non-psychoactive CBD strain in its hemp form.
These plants grow tall and flower slowly, taking between 12 and 14 weeks, with Hawaiian Haze typically only harvested in late November, whereas other strains are fully flowered and ready by late September or Early October. Growing this strain is best left to the veterans due to its long flowering period and specific cultivation requirements.

Growing Information
These plants grow tall and flower slowly, taking between 12 and 14 weeks, so they are probably better suited for a grower with some experience and patience. Growing this strain is best left to the veterans. Hawaiian Haze is field-ready and performs exceptionally well at any latitude. The strain is excellent field ready strain for biomass as well as fresh cut flowers. Plants can be grown both indoors and outdoors, with flowering period of 10-14 weeks for Sativa type and yield per m² (sea of green): 250-350g. Hawaiian Haze is typically only harvested in late November, whereas other strains are fully flowered and ready by late September or Early October. The strain requires patience more than intensive care and is relatively resilient once established.
