The breeder later refined the genetics by creating an F2 generation using selected male and female plants that exhibited desirable traits including short stature, thick growth, huge stalks, purple colors, great citrus smells, and heavy resin production. This selective breeding resulted in an even more stable hybrid that represents the purple phenotypes in the HogZilla lineage. The strain features fluffy, oversized popcorn-shaped forest green buds with purple undertones, thick orange hairs, and frosty, chunky light purple-tinted white crystal trichomes. HogZilla is known for its trichome-rich appearance and produces a scent and taste characterized by citrus and earthy notes, with sweet and fruity citrusy lemon flavors accompanied by spicy and flowery exhales.
