Jack Flash #5 is a carefully bred hybrid strain developed by Sensi Seeds that represents an evolution of their acclaimed Jack Flash line. The strain was developed by Sensi Seeds, using the popular Jack Herer genetics, combined with a Super Skunk and a Haze variety, resulting in 65% indica, 35% sativa genetics. The strain was created through careful backcrossing to reduce the four phenotypes of the original Jack Flash to two more stable forms.
Having created what became the most awarded cannabis in the world in the form of Sensi Seeds Jack Herer, we decided to continue to work with this superb line of genetics to see what other delicious delights it had to offer. Jack Flash #5 presents in two distinct phenotypes: one that is compact and indica-dominant, ideal for SOG cultivation, and another that is taller and more sativa-dominant, requiring more space but offering exceptional yields. The original Sensi Seeds Jack Flash won a prize at the 2007 Highlife Festival in the Seed Company Hydro category, and also at the 2004 Cannabis Cup, where it took third place in the overall best cannabis category.
The strain is characterized by its impressive resin production and distinctive appearance. Calyxes swell to outrageous sizes, piling atop each other to form resin-saturated ropes which build into multi-point crowns on terminal buds. The plants develop thick trichome coverage and dense, resinous buds that showcase the strain's potency and quality.
