Kandahar Purple
Also known as: Purple Kandahar
Kandahar Purple Strain Overview
Kandahar Purple is an indica-dominant cannabis strain that represents a purple phenotype of the legendary Kandahar landrace from Afghanistan. The strain is a cross between two of TLT Seeds' most special indicas: a selected male with purple flowers from Pakistan 1975 and a vigorous female from Kandahar with abundant sandy and white resin. The plants display dark purple and black colors, growing from 90 cm to 150 cm with a structure that has abundant colas full of flowers and others in the form of a tower. This strain maintains the hardy genetics and resinous characteristics of its Afghan heritage while expressing beautiful purple and black hues during flowering. The flowering stage goes from 55 days to 60 days and the plants are very resistant to pests and diseases. Plants produce abundant resin with wide calyxes, and the green phenotype is particularly beautiful with a light green finish, almost white, with very fine, velvety, short and not very abundant stigmas.
