Created by crossing Mango Haze (Mr. Nice Seeds) with Toof Decay F5, this F4 feminized automatic strain represents one of Mephisto's most ambitious sativa-leaning artisanal projects. The strain was developed as part of Mephisto's mission to bring classic, high-quality sativa genetics into autoflowering form, sourcing the initial genetics from the renowned Mr. Nice Seedbank due to their reputation for preserving exceptional cannabis cultivars.

Mango Smile exhibits distinctive sativa characteristics throughout its growth cycle, starting with unique leaf shapes that clearly demonstrate its sativa heritage. The plant displays an open structure initially but undergoes significant stretching during the pre-flowering stage, often requiring training techniques like supercropping and low-stress training to manage height. In optimal conditions, plants can exceed 7 feet in height and typically range from 90-120cm, making this strain unsuitable for novice growers.
