Moonbow
Moonbow
Also known as: Moonbow #112, Moon Bow
Overview
Moonbow is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the potent Zkittlez X Do-Si-Dos strains. The strain was developed by Archive Seed Bank, led by breeder ThaDocta (also known as "Fletch"). Named for its super soothing nighttime high and long-lasting effects, Moonbow is the perfect bud for any hybrid lover who appreciates an indica lean in their medicine. The number #112 in some variants refers to its status as the 112th phenotype of the Moonbow strain.
Moonbow exhibits visually striking characteristics with fat and heavy spade-shaped bright neon green nugs with blue undertones, bright orange hairs and a coating of tiny blue-tinted white crystal trichomes. The buds commonly feature darker shades of green with a range of vibrant highlight colors, such as purple, blue, or pink, in the leaves and buds. Its light-colored buds are densely packed and sugar-coated with a delicious fruity and floral terpene profile. The strain has gained significant popularity in recent years, with local dispensaries heavily growing moonbow and refining their genetic, which ended up placing as Best Indica in NM Best in Grass competition 2025.

Growing Information
This cultivar's flowering stage is 8–10 weeks, and the plants are ready to harvest in late September. The Moonbow strain yields around 17 oz./m² indoors and 10–15 oz./plant outdoors under optimal conditions. Keep the temperature between 70–85°F and humidity below 60%. Moonbow is an indica / sativa from Archive Seed Bank and can be cultivated indoors and outdoors. As with many hybrids, especially those indica leaning, they prefer warm, sunny, and semi-humid climates with adequate ventilation to avoid any mildew issues. Based on its parents, it may grow to medium height, producing bushy plants displaying average growing difficulty. This strain's strong, tall structure and extended colas make it a good candidate for trellising or support systems to optimize bud development and ensure consistent light exposure across its canopy.
