Pablo Picasso
Also known as: Pablo Picasso Chimera, Indian Summer Chimera Variegated
What is the Pablo Picasso strain?
Pablo Picasso is a sativa cannabis strain with up to 22.0% THC, known for its uplifted effects and earthy and haze flavor profile.
Pablo Picasso is a true masterpiece. The chimera emerged in 2009. It is a crested Sativa-dominant chimera (crested pur) from our Indian Sumer in combination with cannabis humulus. Pablo Picasso is a truly beautiful, variegated duck-foot strain. It is Sativa dominant Hybrid, which has been continuously line-bred from our Indian Summer, for higher potency and vigorous growth. A secret sativa male (not related with our variegated SWAG´s) has introduced the variegation into the line. This remarkable strain developed by TerpyZ X KalySeeds is distinguished by its unique ornamental characteristics and genetic stability. Pablo Picasso develops large wine or maple-shaped leaves with variegations ranging from white to many shades of green. The growth rate/ vigour of the individual plants depends on the degree of variegation and white plant tissue. More white and variegated plants = reduced growth. Interestingly, our testing has shown higher percentages of Cannabinoids on albino flowers. About 50% of the plants showed variegated leaves in our test run. The strain represents a unique example of cannabis breeding focused on both aesthetic appeal and therapeutic potential, combining traditional sativa effects with modern cultivation techniques.
