The strain is the result of crossing Classic Twist (itself a hybrid of Afghan Haze and Joseph OG) with a selected Black Rhino 1947 male. Black Rhino 1947 is a multi-generational hybrid containing genetics from White Rhino, Pre-2001 Blueberry, AK-47, Peak 19, Black Russian clone, and Durban landrace. The particular male chosen for this cross heavily favored the Black Durban side of the lineage with minimal indica traits. The breeders describe this as potentially "the best sativa we've ever smoked or created." The strain produces tall, elegant, crystal-laden buds that appear airy but are actually quite dense due to the Underdawg OG and indica influences from Black Rhino. Plants typically reach around 4 feet in height and can yield approximately 2 ounces in deep water culture systems.
