Romantic Warrior is a limited-edition cannabis strain created by Gage Green Genetics and released on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2021. Named in homage to the 1976 album by Return to Forever, this strain represents a creative cross between two champion genetics: the SPIRIT cut (featuring Lava Cake) and PROMINENCE, a dominant male selected from the GGG BIODOME. This marked the first Gage Green Group release utilizing the SPIRIT cut, which features the well-known Lava Cake strain bred by Cannarado Genetics in Colorado. The Lava Cake component utilizes the legendary Grape Stomper genetics, created through Grape Pie lineage.

The strain was part of Gage Green's ambitious 2021 release schedule, following successful sellouts of Epiphany and B R E A T H. Romantic Warrior sold out in pre-sale days before its official release, demonstrating the high demand for Gage Green genetics among connoisseur cannabis growers. As with many boutique Gage Green releases, this strain was never made available as feminized seeds and remains extremely rare in the cannabis market.
