Sinister Doja is an indica-dominant cannabis strain developed by Quest Genetics, created through a cross between Double Purple Doja and Sinister OG. This strain emerged from Quest Genetics' breeding program which aimed to combine the sedating purple genetics of Double Purple Doja with the powerful OG characteristics of Sinister OG. Double Purple Doja contributes its indica lineage, crossing Sputnik #1 with Black Russian, bringing deep purple coloration and musky blackberry aroma that breeders often utilize when creating new purple varieties.

The strain exhibits lemon, lime, and fruity flavors with a mixture of earthy undertones. One notable characteristic is its extremely potent aroma - described as "the loudest smelling cut I have EVER come across" by experienced growers, with some comparing the intensity to "SFV x 10". The distinctive smell transfers into the taste and lingers on the palate for approximately 20 minutes. Quest Genetics' Sinister Doja can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors, requiring approximately 60 days flowering time. The strain was only available as regular seeds, never feminized.
