With a genetic composition of approximately 60% sativa and 40% indica, Snow Bud represents a perfect balance of old-school landrace genetics adapted for challenging mountainous environments.

The strain gets its distinctive name from the abundant white pistils (stamen hairs) and thick layer of trichomes that give the buds a snow-covered appearance during flowering. Snow Bud exhibits typical sativa structural characteristics with long branches, slender leaves averaging 11 thin fingers (sometimes 13), and an open bud structure.
