Snow Lotus
Also known as: Goohead
Overview
Snow Lotus is a mostly indica cannabis strain bred by Bodhi Seeds. Also known as Goohead, Snow Lotus is parented by an Afgooey female and a Blockhead male. Snow Lotus is an Indica hybrid created by prolific breeders Bodhi Seeds. Crossed from the super resinous Afgooey and potent Blockhead, it confers a mobile, mellow high. With landrace genetics from Hawaii, Afghanistan, and Nepal, it is adapted to outdoor growth in a variety of climates. Snow Lotus has typically small, clustered buds. Snow Lotus's buds are covered in a frosty layer of white crystal, and are typically small and clustered. With big, strong scent and flavor and high-quality resin, Snow Lotus has been used to breed other tasty hybrids like Super Snow Lotus and White Lotus. Its heavy trichome production is useful for hash and other concentrates. The strain is particularly noted for its therapeutic applications while maintaining functionality, making it suitable for both medical and recreational users.

Growing Information
Snow Lotus has an indoor flowering period of 7 to 9 weeks. Once ready for harvest, it yields between 10 to 12 ounces of resin-filled buds per square meter. Applying the Sea of Green method, however, will encourage better turnouts. It grows easily indoors and flowers within nine to ten weeks. Outdoor harvests happen around October. Because of its genes, Snow Lotus is very easy to grow. Its stalks are thick and short while its branches are strong and grow laterally. All contribute to its resilience against sudden drops in temperature or changes in weather so long as it nothing too extreme. As such, even beginners can cultivate the strain. Adding to its appeal is its short stature. Because it does not take up much space, the plant can be grown and bred in indoors without much problem. Although, aspiring growers may want to prune Snow Lotus often. The strain is considered easy to moderate difficulty for cultivation and is well-suited for both indoor and outdoor growing.
