Solodiol Auto is an autoflowering cannabis strain developed by Elite Seeds, created by crossing Solodiol Clasica with Ruderalis genetics to produce an automatic and feminised seed variety that is mostly Sativa hybrid. This strain is the autoflowering version of the acclaimed Solodiol Clasica by Elite Seeds, a CBD strain with less than 1% THC content that is highly appreciated by medical users who don't want to "get high". The strain comes from the mixture of two varieties rich in CBD, such as Diesel and CBD Asia, and this hybrid strain with 80% sativa predominance has been genetically stabilized without using crosses from the same family, avoiding the development of inbreeding in its descendants.

Elite Seeds, established in 2007 and based at the Scientific Park of the University of Valencia, developed this strain as part of their pioneering work in creating unique cannabinoid profiles. The strain has a THC:CBD ratio of 1:22, meaning it has no psychoactive effects while producing high amounts of CBD, specifically up to 16-21% CBD.
