Sour 60, also known as 'Sour Sixty,' is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (40% indica/40% sativa/20% ruderalis) created through a cross of the infamous Lowryder X Master Kush X Blueberry X Sour Bubble strains. Named for its sturdy growing habits, Sour60 is known to consistently grow to full adulthood in exactly 60 days! After 7 years of intensive breeding, exclusively with auto-flowering strains, the breeders believe they have a plant that can stand up to the big boys, and more than satisfy a connoisseurs taste buds as well. The strain was always very fond of BOG's 'Sour Bubble', basically creating an auto hybrid using a wonderful 'Sour Bubble' Purple male, combined with other top shelf strains.
There are two distinct phenotypes, the Donkey Dong and the Purple. Donkey Dong completes with only a few buds and one huge fat cola. The Purple completes with lots of dense frosty very purple buds similar to a mini Purple Kush. This bud has super thick and frosty white dense pepper-shaped olive green nugs with rich purple undertones and beautiful matching hairs. With its ruderalis parentage and relatively low THC level, Sour60 is more about the flavor than hard-hitting effects.
