Originally bred by Emerald Triangle Seeds, this strain was created by crossing California Sour (a cross of Mexican Sativa and Afghan Indica) with Lemon OG. The California Sour parent provides intense sativa sensations while Lemon OG contributes its signature citrus flavor. Sour Lemon OG tends to produce oversized, fluffy flower buds that are usually pale green with a sprinkling of yellow-orange hairs, though despite being sativa-dominant, its buds typically look more reminiscent of indica flowers.
