Overview
Sour Strawberry is a hybrid strain created by B.O.G. Seeds through crossing a Strawberry Kush clone (containing East Coast Sour Diesel, Strawberry Cough, and Razz genetics) with a Sour Bubble male. The strain placed 8th in California's Emerald Cup 2013 and has developed a reputation as a limited connoisseur strain and fabulous medical strain. This indica-dominant hybrid has an unknown sativa/indica ratio, though some sources describe it as slightly indica-sided. The buds display green and pink coloration with burgundy-orange hairs and dark burgundy coloring from the Razz genetics. The musky aroma and flavor profile features dominant strawberry, berry, and fruit notes with pungent hints of Kush and diesel fuel.

Indoor flowering time is 50-60 days, while outdoor harvest finishes approximately September 15-30th. Indoor plants can produce 500-600g/m², while outdoor cultivation can yield 1.5-2.5kg per plant. Plants grow to 100-120cm indoors with flowering time of 65-70 days and yields of 500-600g/m². Cultivation poses a challenge best embraced by seasoned cultivators. Due to super fast flowering outdoors, it's not the biggest yielder outside, though experienced growers could improve outdoor yield by vegging indoors for at least 60 days before outdoor placement. Best grown indoors due to swift flowering time outdoors resulting in significantly smaller yields.
