SourJefe is a sativa-dominant hybrid cannabis strain (70% sativa / 30% indica) developed by Sin City Seeds. This strain was created by crossing El Jefe with Sour Jack, resulting in a genetic combination that maintains the epic yields expected from Jefe crosses while adding a distinct sour twang flavor. El Jefe, one of the parent strains, is an extremely large cross between P91 and SD Hog, while Sour Jack is a cross of Sour Diesel IBL and Jack 22. Sin City Seeds' goal for this project was to maintain the same commercial size yields expected from 'The Boss' while adding a sour twang to the mix, successfully increasing the enjoyment of the smoke by bringing more sour flavor while maintaining those epic yields. The strain is known for producing some of the largest yields when grown outdoors and requires added support for its heavy flowers during cultivation.
