Created by Dutch Seedbank (Spliff Seeds), Spliff's Strawberry is a sativa-dominant hybrid (80% sativa/20% indica) strain created through a powerful three-way cross of Strawberry Cough, Skunk, and Jack Herer. After sampling some amazing sativa strains from the USA, Spliff Seeds decided to create Spliff's Strawberry, their own version of the renowned Strawberry Cough. The strain has a super sweet flavor that's remarkably like a freshly picked earthy strawberry, with an aroma that is slightly herbal and grassy in nature with an earthy berry strawberry overtone that's slightly spicy at times.
The bright neon green hairy nugs are covered in trichomes and feature rockhard, dense buds for a sativa-dominant plant from top to bottom with very little leaves. The calyxes are ball shaped, not the usual 'candleshaped' structure. Spliff's Strawberry has the traditional sativa structure, but with indica flowering times and a three-week stretch in flower. From Strawberry Cough, it gained its delicious fruit-flavored terpenes, while Skunk influenced its strong Indica structure, and its high-flying cerebral and bodily effects are from Jack Herer.

Flowering time is 8-9 weeks indoors with a medium growing difficulty. Indoor yields are approximately 500g/m² (18 ounces per square meter), while outdoor cultivation can yield up to 1kg per plant in tropical conditions. Plants grow to approximately 1.20 meters in height. The strain requires four to five weeks of vegetative growth under continuous light and shows first flowers quite late. This strain is very strong and branchy and does best in Sea of Green gardens on any medium. It thrives in organic and man-made environments where growers have control over lighting, temperature, and humidity. The strain can be challenging for novice growers as it is quite sensitive, and too much feeding can lead to nutrient burn. Growers should note that the plant stretches significantly during flowering.
