Subcool OG is an indica-dominant hybrid strain created by the legendary breeder Subcool (Dave Bowman) through his company SubCool's The Dank, formerly known as TGA Genetics. After years of careful selection, this strain was developed by crossing the ultra-gassy WiFi #3 (a clone-only cut from OG Rascal) with a Jesus OG male, combining the intense fuel flavors of WiFi OG with the structure and stability of Jesus OG. The result is a potent hybrid known for its thick resin production and sturdy frame.

Subcool OG represents the culmination of the breeder's expertise in creating balanced, medicinal-quality cannabis strains. The strain features dense, resin-drenched colas with a sharp OG nose, with phenotypic expressions ranging from lemon-fuel dominant to earthy citrus, cherry, and gas blends. With a flowering time of approximately 63 days, this strain produces medium to high yields with exceptional trichome coverage, making it particularly well-suited for solventless and BHO extraction. SubCool's The Dank was formed in 2017 after the devastating Northern California fires destroyed much of Subcool's original breeding library, requiring him to rebuild his genetics collection from preserved parent plants held by close friends in the cannabis community.
