Sunset Sherbet S1 was released as part of Motherland Genetics' 2021 Exotic Feminised Release, created by reversing a favorite phenotype of Sunset Sherbet bred by the Sherbinski Brand and crossing it with their best females from the breeding stock. This S1 essentially crosses a Sunset Sherbet phenotype onto another identical clone of Sunset Sherbet thus creating S1 seeds. The original Sunset Sherbet is a hybrid that is predominantly indica, with 85% indica genetics and 15% sativa, resulting from a cross between two legendary strains: Girl Scout Cookies (GSC) and Pink Panties. The buds display enormous oversized dense Christmas tree shaped light minty green nugs covered in long, twisty fiery orange hairs. These nugs are caked in a thick layer of frosty white trichomes and are sticky with delicious resin. The buds often exhibit a range of colors, including shades of purple, orange, and pink, covered with a thick layer of trichomes, giving them a frosty and resinous texture. Originally bred by Mr. Sherbinski, who bred Sherbert intentionally to inherit the genetic lineage of its parent strain Girl Scout Cookies.
